Quick Artichoke Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. salad macaroni
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts (with liquid)
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, quartered
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 c. medium pitted olives
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. dry basil leaves
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
    Turn into a large bowl.
    Add artichokes and their liquid, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, olives, parsley and basil.
    Toss.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
    Before serving, season with salt and pepper.
    Makes 6 servings.
