Grandma'S Pumpkin Pie(Makes One 9-Inch Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk (3/4 c.)
Preparation

Combine in order listed.
Pour into 9-inch pastry lined pie dish.
Bake in hot oven (450\u00b0) for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
Firm in middle when knife comes out clean.
To prevent burning of crust, cover crust with foil the entire time of baking.
