Oriental Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    2 c. cooked rice
    2/3 c. bean sprouts
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and thinly sliced
    1 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned and cooked
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Preparation
    In a large salad bowl, blend the Italian dressing, soy sauce and ginger.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; cover and chill. Serves 6.
