Beer Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium sharp cheese, ground
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. butter
    8 oz. beer
Preparation
    Place all ingredients (except beer) in mixer. Gradually add beer.
    Beat until smooth and fluffy. Store in covered bowl and refrigerate.
    Serve at room temperature with crackers.
    Yields 1 quart.
