Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 1/4 Tbsp. hot water
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. raisins, rolled in flour
Preparation
    Put raisins and egg whites in last.
    Separate eggs and beat whites of eggs stiff.
    Fold in last.
    Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
