Applesauce Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. strained applesauce
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1 egg
Nuts, if desired

Preparation

Mix and drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 10 minutes.
