Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled, grated zucchini
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla; mix together. Then add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon; mix well. Pour into ungreased loaf pans and bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
