Pepper Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. chopped or shredded cabbage
2 c. sliced red and/or green peppers
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1 c. sliced onion
3/4 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. cracked pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Toss vegetables together in large bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables.
Toss to mix, refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
