Italian Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 nice sized tomatoes
    1 large onion
    1 green sweet pepper
    1 hot pepper
    salt
    oregano
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Use 9 or 10-inch Pyrex pie plate.
    Slice tomatoes about 1/3-inch thick and put one layer in plate.
    Slice the onion very thin and put on tomatoes.
    Cut sweet pepper in strips and arrange in layers.
    Cut hot pepper and put a few here and there.
    Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
