Rice Consomme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. uncooked rice
1 small can drained mushrooms
1 can beef consomme and enough water to make 2 c.
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake covered at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
You can use a margarine substitute and this is a very low calorie, but delicious casserole.
You can make it ahead.
