Quick Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Solid vegetable shortening for greasing the pans
Flour for dusting the pans
1 package(18.25 oz.)German chocolate cake mix with pudding
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup canola oil
1 bottle (1 oz.) red food coloring
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract (do not use imitation vanilla)
Cream cheese frosting
Preparation

Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 350\u00b0. Generously grease two 9-inch round cake pans with solid vegetable shortening, then dust with flour.
Shake out excess flour.
Set the pans aside.
