Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh corn kernels
    3/4 c. chopped sweet green or hot pepper
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. peeled and chopped tomato
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. cornmeal
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine corn kernels, tomato, pepper, onion, cheese and cornmeal.
    Let stand 30 minutes. Turn into buttered shallow 2-quart baking dish. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
