Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork, cut up
    1/2 lb. beef, cut up
    1 large chopped onion
    6 qt. tomatoes
    1 bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 large can tomato paste
Preparation
    Brown pork and beef in Dutch oven.
    Add onion and tomatoes. Add bay leaf, oregano, salt and parsley.
    Cover and simmer 4 hours.
    Uncover and add tomato paste.
    Remove meat and simmer until thick.
    May be frozen for future use.
