Peach Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 c. sliced peaches
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Place peaches on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add egg and mix until crumbly.
    Sprinkle on peaches and drizzle butter.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
