Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. chopped green onions
    3 c. water
    1 (10-oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1 (10-oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (14-oz.) can chicken broth
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onions, chicken broth and water in a Dutch oven.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
    Stir in soups and milk.
    Heat thoroughly.
