Ingredients

2 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 (1 liter) bottles lemon-lime carbonated beverage
Preparation

Spoon ice cream by tablespoons into large punch bowl.
Add water and lemonade concentrate; stir until just combined.
Slowly pour carbonated beverage down side of bowl.
Stir gently to mix. Makes 24 (6 ounce) servings or 32 (4 ounce) servings.
