1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. light corn syrup
2 tsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. Hershey's chips
Preparation

Cream butter or margarine, shortening, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, corn syrup, water and vanilla; beat well.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture.
Beat well; stir in Hershey's chips.
Drop by level 1/4 cupfuls 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0.
