Cheese Ball With Everything - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
10 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained and crumbled
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
dash of salt
1/4 c. snipped parsley
assorted crackers
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Bring cheeses to room temperature.
In a large mixer bowl beat together cream cheese and sour cream until fluffy.
Beat in Swiss and Cheddar cheeses, half the bacon, onion, half of the pecans, pimento, pickle relish, salt and pepper until combined.
Cover and chill for several hours or until firm.
