Chocolate Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 c. water
1/2 c. Crisco
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk (note)
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix together flour and sugar; set aside.
Combine in saucepan margarine, water, Crisco and cocoa.
Bring to a boil; pour this over flour and sugar and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bake in greased and floured 11 x 16-inch pan at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
