Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked ready made pie crust
    3 beaten eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of ground nutmeg
    3/4 c. chopped ham
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    In a bowl, stir together eggs, milk, onion, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Stir in ham.
    Toss together cheese and flour.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Pour mixture into hot pastry shell.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
