Willa Ogilvie'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can evaporated milk
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    18 oz. chocolate chips
    2 sticks margarine
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Put margarine and chips in a very large bowl; set aside.
    Mix together milk and sugar in a large saucepan; heat to boiling and boil for 7 minutes.
    Pour boiled mixture over chocolate and margarine.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat by hand for 5 minutes or longer, making sure the chocolate chips and margarine are completely melted.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into greased pan or pans.
