1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine flour, butter and 1 1/4 cups chopped walnuts; mix well.
Bake in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan for 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until light. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
Spread on cooled crust.
Mix pudding with milk; beat until thick.
Spread on cream cheese layer. Spread remaining 1/4 cup nuts on top.
