Busy Woman'S Egg Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 pieces white bread without crust, broken up
    9 eggs
    2 c. ham, bacon or sausage
    3 c. milk
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    In a greased glass Pyrex dish, put broken up bread; cover with ham, sausage or bacon.
    Beat eggs, milk, seasonings and cheese. Pour over bread and meat layers.
    Let set overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
