Black Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine broth, coconut and margarine. Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Stir in beans; cover and cook an additional 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
