Creamy Ranch Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 c. low fat buttermilk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Puree cottage cheese, buttermilk, lemon juice, horseradish, mustard, garlic, basil, oregano and pepper together in a blender. Serve 2 tablespoons over greens.
