Italian Marinated Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large tomatoes
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Place oil and all ingredients, except tomatoes, in shaker and shake until well mixed. Pour dressing over tomatoes; toss gently to mix well. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
