Harriett'S Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    4 eggs
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    8 or 12 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Set aside.
    Mix cornmeal mix, eggs, broccoli, onion and cottage cheese; mix well and pour into pan of melted butter.
    Spoon melted margarine all over top of cornmeal mixture.
    Bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
