Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 15 c. popped corn (2 1/2-qt.), unbuttered
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Divide popcorn between 2 ungreased 9 x 13-inch pans.
    Keep warm in a 200\u00b0 oven while preparing caramel.
    Heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around edges or until 248\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
    Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda until foamy and uniform in color.
    Pour over corn, stirring until well coated. Bake in a 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
