Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 or 5 lb.) hen
    3 to 5 lb. pork roast
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. pork broth
    2 or 3 cans corn, half grain or creamed
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
    1 (5 oz.) bottle Worcestershire
    1 or 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook meat until tender and falls off bone; add all ingredients together and simmer for 1 hour.
