Linguini With Lemon - cooking recipe

1 pkg. linguini
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 c. vodka
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
freshly ground pepper
Preparation

In a large saucepan, cook linguini in boiling salt water. While pasta cooks, melt butter in large skillet.
Add cream and vodka; simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally.
