Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken (legs, thighs and breasts)
salt
pepper
1/2 to 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. honey
1 can pineapple chunks, drain (reserve juice)
Preparation

Place chicken in a baking dish.
Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, drain pineapple.
Combine reserved juice, barbecue sauce and honey.
Pour over chicken and bake an additional 25 minutes, basting occasionally.
Arrange pineapple over chicken; bake 10 minutes longer.
(Fat can be drained off chicken before adding sauce.)
Serve chicken over steamed rice.
