Soft Crust Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. fryer, cooked and deboned
2 c. chicken broth (1 chicken bouillon)
1 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
dash of pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup or celery
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Add salt and pepper.
Mash and dissolve chicken bouillon cube. Add soup and broth. Heat to boiling.
Grease casserole.
Place chicken on bottom. Sprinkle with the eggs.
Pour broth over chicken.
Mix flour, butter and milk until smooth.
Spoon all over chicken to cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done and top is browned.
