Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 unbeaten egg
1/4 c. warm water
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in water.
Warm cottage cheese, then add sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, yeast and egg.
Stir.
Add flour gradually and mix thoroughly.
There is no kneading necessary.
Let rise 1 hour and punch down.
Shape into 1 loaf and place in well-greased bread pan.
Let rise until double in bulk. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Brush with melted butter.
