Frozen Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 medium size apples, unpeeled and diced
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, pineapple juice, lemon juice and salt. Cook over slow heat until thick, stirring constantly.
    Cool.
    When cool, add celery, apples, pineapple, walnuts and whipping cream. Freeze in pan.
