Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cans butter mushrooms or 2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. wine vinegar (tarragon)
2/3 c. salad oil
2 tsp. chives
1 tsp. tarragon (dry)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Drain mushrooms.
Place in jar and add marinade to cover. Refrigerate overnight.
Drain and serve.
