Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 small red sweet onion
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Wash and cut broccoli into small bite-size pieces.
    Add diced onion.
    Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together; pour over broccoli.
    If to thick to pour easily, add a small amount of vinegar.
    One half hour before serving, add bacon and mix well.
