Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. cornmeal (self-rising)
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
6 Tbsp. nonfat sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (7 oz.) jar jalapeno relish (use only 1/2 can)
Preparation

Heat 10-inch cast-iron skillet in 400\u00b0 oven for five minutes. Combine all ingredients, stirring until moistened.
Remove skillet from oven and coat with vegetable cooking spray.
Pour batter into hot skillet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
