Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. cooked, mashed acorn or butternut squash
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda, salt, nutmeg, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and milk; stir lightly and set aside.
    Combine squash, eggs and margarine; mix well.
    Add to flour mixture, stirring until blended.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until bread tests done.
    Yield: 1 loaf.
