Ingredients

2 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. oleo, melted
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine oatmeal, flour, baking powder and sugar.
Blend eggs and oleo.
Mix with oatmeal mixture.
Add flavoring and pecans. Cover cookie sheets with foil.
Drop level teaspoonfuls of batter 2 to 3-inches apart.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 9 to 10 minutes, until lightly brown.
Cool before removing from foil.
(Foil can be reused a second time.)
