Salmon Party Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can salmon
    1 tsp. horseradish (kind that's in cheese section)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 tsp. parsley
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, left out to soften
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon; remove skin and bones.
    Combine all ingredients (except nuts).
    Mix well.
    Roll in nuts.
    Chill for several hours.
