Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags frozen or fresh broccoli, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 block Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 to 3 eggs
    1 carrot, grated
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Steam broccoli.
    Thoroughly squeeze out all water.
    Mix together remaining ingredients and add to broccoli.
    Place in baking dish or pan and spread top with grated cheese (small amount).
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
    Bake for 45 to 55 minutes. Children will enjoy.
