Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1 egg
1/3 c. onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Boil, then drain and mash potatoes.
Beat egg in small bowl. Mix all other ingredients, except oil.
Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over low heat.
Shape potato mixture into 8 patties. Place in oil; fry until golden brown, turning once.
