Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts (skin removed)
8 oz. Russian dressing
8 oz. apricot preserves
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/4 c. water
pineapple to garnish (I used sliced pineapple)
Preparation

Arrange chicken in 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
Combine dressing, apricot preserves, water and soup mix and stir.
Pour over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
Remove cover.
Add pineapple and bake for 1/2 hour more uncovered. Delicious!!
