Chicken Parmesan(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
4 tsp. arrowroot
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place chicken in baking dish.
Bake, covered, 15 minutes in preheated 425\u00b0 oven.
Drain.
Combine tomatoes, arrowroot, oregano and pepper sauce.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened.
Pour heated sauce over chicken.
Top with cheese. Bake 5 minutes, uncovered.
