Cavatini(Large Quantity) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 different pastas (macaroni twists, shells, etc.)
    3/4 to 1 lb. sausage, cut into pieces
    3/4 to 1 lb. pepperoni, cut into bits
    1 to 2 onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can mushroom pieces
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 to 2 large containers spaghetti sauce (may need more)
    2 to 4 large bags shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook 1 to 2 cups each of 3 different pastas; drain and set aside.
    Brown and drain sausage, pepperoni, onions and green pepper.
    Mix pastas, meats, onions and green pepper.
    Stir in mushroom pieces, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
    Add spaghetti sauce.
    Stir well.
    Put in a lasagna pan or roast pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until hot; stir once or twice.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheese over top.
    Put back into oven until cheese melts. Serve in pan.
    Quick for large group.
