Sweet Potatoes And Corned Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. sweet potatoes
1 can corned beef
3 eggs
bread crumbs

Preparation

Boil sweet potatoes and smash them when done.
Make balls and stuff with corned beef.
Cover balls with eggs and bread crumbs twice.
Fry sweet potato balls in vegetable oil.
Makes 6 servings.
