Hash Brown-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a large bowl, add hash browns, sour cream, onion, margarine, salt, pepper, soup and cheese; mix well.
    Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
