Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cold, cut up chicken
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 c. chopped almonds
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 can water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 oz. pimento
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups of grated Cheddar cheese. Bake 22 minutes at 400\u00b0 in casserole.
