Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. water
    2 beef, chicken or vegetable bouillon cubes
    2 carrots, thinly sliced
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 c. potatoes, cubed
    dash of pepper
    3 large stalks celery, sliced
    1/8 head cabbage, shredded
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil and add bouillon cubes, garlic powder and pepper.
    Add onions, celery, carrots and cabbage.
    Boil gently and add potatoes.
    Continue to boil until vegetables are tender.
    Add tomatoes.
    Cook gently just until heated through.
