Tortillas(Makes 12 Shells) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    3/4 to 7/8 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Work in shortening with a fork and stir in water until dough forms a ball.
    Knead 2 minutes. Divide into 12 equal parts and cover balls with a moist cloth.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Roll out each ball about 7 inches.
    Heat both sides on lightly greased skillet.
